How do I purchase a cinema ticket?
Once you’ve made it to the event page with all the nearby cinema listings, choose your preferred cinema, date and time, and click ‘Book now’. You will be brought to a Ticket Type selection page where you can choose the tickets that are right for you - i.e. Adult, Child, Senior, etc.
The next step is Seat Selection (this is only available at some cinemas). Click on the seat(s) you would like and then move on to the payment step.
To keep your payments secure we will ask for your name and email, and then you can complete your purchase with Stripe (a 100% secure payments platform) used by online businesses globally. Please note, the email address you provide will be the address your e-tickets are sent to, so make sure it is one you will have access to.

Once you have booked your ticket online, you can instantly print off your e-ticket from the webpage.
You will also receive a confirmation email (and a reminder email on the date of screening) to the email address you provided, which will include a copy of your e-ticket.
How can I retrieve my e-ticket?
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided in the booking process and your e-ticket should be sitting in your inbox. If you cannot see them, check your Junk or Spam folder.
